Provided management leadership to American Fence Association (AFA) and Vinyl Fence, Deck and Railing Manufacturers Association (VFDRMA) and supported CM Services business development activities.

 

  • Led AFA volunteers and staff to double revenues and then to limit contraction in recession: Unified national and chapter memberships, increased dues, added member recruitment and retention programs, and grew trade show.
  • Annually led planning and budgeting process: In coordination with Board, produced strategic plan, budget tied to plan, and Microsoft Project plan with ~1,400 project steps detailing tasks and time for a dozen staff members.
